Backtension: Opening the Chest or Compressing to the Mingmen?

For me it feels more all-natural and also steady, as I involve the entire body, not simply the top body in my draw, when I focus on the Mingmen and press my back muscle mass to this point, instead of bringing the shoulder blades just with each other.
